Here is a 3D concept with two robots picking parts off a conveyor, brushing them off, blowing them off with air and then placing them on another conveyor for processing. The program uses a palletizing sub routine to put all the parts in a condensed row. This configuration can handle up to fourteen million parts a year. The Robotiq end effector was customized with a special configuration of fingers to process the part. These were first manufactured on a 3D printer out of ABS and then finalized in aluminum.

This is a simple and quick proof of concept created in the shop to insure everything worked as expected.
